As founding director of Darryl Scotti Events, Inc., in 1987, and launching the popular internet brand TheGreatEvent.com in 2001, today Darryl Scotti is actively producing corporate events ranging from Motivational Incentive Programs to Hospitality Gala's, Corporate Theater and Event Brand Marketing.

Now rated a Top 10 Hospitality Portal ranked inside the top one million web sites worldwide TheGreatEvent.com provides access to high level regional event planners, educational information as well as event and budget planning software solutions developed by managing partners Bill Hobson and David Jennings.

In 2003, came the start of internet radio to our brand with the first broadcast of AskDarryl Radio on WorldTalkRadio.com now independently broadcast at EventTalkRadio.com

An alumna of The Dale Carnegie Program of Sales and Public Speaking Darryl has served as a consultant to several committee advisory boards including The Arthritis Foundation, Rotary Int'l and The San Jose Convention and Visitors Bureau; Con-Vis Expo.

You may remember the big guy as a guitarist for Columbia Recording artists 'Spiral Starecase' with the 1969 hit song (More today than Yesterday) hired in the 70's by the late great Harvey Kaye, founder, keyboardist and musical director.

As Director of Marketing, Dave brings to TheGreatEvent.com an array of experiences. He has worked throughout the Telecommunications Industry in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, IT and Public Relations. He also wrote and facilitated corporate Computer Literacy and Desktop Publishing classes.

Dave has a Bachelors of Science from the University of San Francisco in Information Systems and an Associates Degree in Speech Arts from San Diego Mesa College.

Together with Bill Hobson, Dave was the chief architect in developing the very popular suite of budget planning software offered on-line at TheGreatEvent.com

Bill has worked in Silicon Valley since 1983 as an Engineer and Project Manager for large established companies, and for small high tech start-ups. With an Electrical Engineering Computer Science degree from the University of California at Berkeley and 20 years of experience in both hardware and software design, Bill directs all of the online technology of TheGreatEvent.com and much of the on-line business. He also contributes web programming and other techincal services.

Recently graduating from the University of Southern California in Broadcast Journalism, Jennifer has joined Darryl Scotti Events, Inc. as the Director of Multi Media Productions. Moving to San Jose from Los Angles she aspires to become a news reporter and journalist. Jennifers responsibilities include production of TheGreatEvent.com movies, and picture gallery as well as assisting in the office and on the events.
